Booking Appointments

Manor Clinic can often offer you same day appointments, and certainly within 24 to 48 hours. This is dependent on which practitioner you require, as some only consult from the clinic on given days. Appointments cards can be sent to you with a Manor Clinic leaflet enclosing directions to the clinic.

If your appointment cost can be reclaimed from an insurance company, then prior to your appointment the insurance company needs to be contacted and an authorisation code/provider number gained.

Registration Form

All new patients and previous patients returning for a new condition are required to complete a Patient Registration Form. This can be downloaded here

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please endeavour to give a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling or re-arranging an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation charge of 50% of the full consultation fee is charged. For non-attendance without prior notice a full charge may be made.

Courses

Pilates courses are run in terms often of 6 or 7 week blocks, and approximately in line with school term times. New clients can join a class by undertaking a 1:1 with the Pilates teacher in order that they understand the ‘principles’ and can do a base-line of exercises, prior to joining an existing class. Current clients receive invoices before each end of term informing the client of the new term dates, advanced payment is required to secure a place on the next term. Refunds are not given for missed classes, if due to unforeseen circumstances the class has to be cancelled as much notice as is possible will be given, and a replacement session would be offered, or the client will be credited towards the next term.

The same administration issues apply to the Yoga classes however a 1:1 session is not required prior to joining the yoga.

Chaperones

Patients attending treatment sessions may bring along a friend or relative to act as a chaperone. It is strongly advised that children below 16 years of age are chaperoned during their appointments.
