Yoga tuition is available at Manor Clinic, both in the daytime and evening.
All classes are small to enable personal attention throughout. Each class is structured to the ability and need of individual students who can range from beginners through to advanced.

Hatha Fusion Yoga is practised at Manor Clinic.
This incorporates a mixture of different techniques. There are stretches to release tension from the body; toning work to slim the arms and create stability in the back and stomach; breathing and relaxation exercises including Yoga Nidra and visualisations; and finally meditation and contemplation.
It is a time to reclaim some balance in our lives through an hour and a half of serenity.
