Although the current class at Manor clinic is a beginners/general group, Toni brings her J3 level experience an perspective to this class.
Toni teaches with warmth and enthusiasm. She is informative and supportive and respects each individual's unique abilities, working in stages towards the classical poses in order to build a strong foundation.
Iyengar yoga pays special attention to the detailed alignment of the body and is flexibly structured to enable students of all abilities to work towards their potential.
Through attention to the subtleties of the postures, her classes nurture a clear mental focus, confidence and poise, as well as physical strength and flexibility.
”Words cannot convey the value of yoga - it has to be experienced.”, BKS Iyengar
