Women’s Health workshops are organised on a regular basis; the current topic is Pelvic Floor Health. These workshops are usually run in the evening for 90 minutes for a nominal cost. They include user-friendly basic anatomy, location and function, discussion around various problems which can arise especially in the childbearing period, around menopause and alter in life, the reasons behind exercise selection, basic exercises and the short and long term benefits. There are suggestions for further advice, information and help. Workshops are discussion based and are friendly and relaxed in small groups.
