Vivian Branson

Vivian Branson has practiced yoga for around 15 years and has been teaching yoga for four years, locally and in Greece. She trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.

She teaches Hatha Yoga including pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Her mantra is: “If there is pain, there is no gain”. She believes that each student finds their limit and if they work to that patiently their body will slowly but surely become more supple and strong.

She wants yoga to be brought into the student’s daily life so that it becomes a part of living.
