After graduating from Brighton University in 1996 with a degree in Physiotherapy, Helen worked for the National Health Service gaining experience in all aspects of this subject. She took a special interest in Sports Injuries and Out Patients, which led her to work in a private Sports Injuries Practice for three years. She feels the variety of injuries she saw during this time provided a great deal of knowledge and experience in this type of injury.
Helen developed a further speciality in back problems and took a particular interest in acute and chronic low back pain whereby she practised as a back specialist in Essex and Gillingham. She is also a fully qualified acupuncturist and is a member of the AACP.
Helen is now currently enjoying working part-time at Manor Clinic. She has two children, has a passion for travelling and gardening and likes to keep fit by swimming and jogging.
