He uses Pilates, Tai Chi, and structural exercises to help his clients get the most out of their bodies, whatever their level. He is also a clinical hypnotherapist and trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He has a good track record of helping people who have issues with food.
He is a published author of self-help books, and in his spare time he is a very keen surfer.
