Jana has been practicing yoga for many years and also teaches from her home in Ide Hill.
Jana's interest in helping other people has driven her to seek out a type of yoga practice that focuses on this aspect, by incorporating the combination of movement and breath into her practice, which helps to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
Her style of teaching contains elements of both Vinyasa (breath synchronised with movement) and Hatha yoga which emphasises the anatomical alignment of the body.
She studied at Triyoga in London taught by two of the most respected teachers in London : Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer.
Jana is a fully accredited British wheel of yoga and American-alliance teacher.
