She also works on various health and nutrition projects including with Mind in Bexley, the mental health charity.
Emma’s aim is to support people who want to achieve a healthy relationship with food and address any underlying imbalances linked to chronic unwellness. She provides bespoke dietary and wellness programmes which can help you achieve your personal health goals and optimum wellbeing. Emma’s key areas of interest include weight management, disordered eating, mental wellness and blood sugar.
Emma works using balanced approaches, where optimal health and wellness should also be fun and fit in with everyday life. She doesn’t subscribe to restrictive eating regimes that aren’t sustainable or interesting. Nutrition should be personalised and fit in our lives. It’s surprising how small changes can have a big effect on how we feel.
