Angie Chapman is an experienced and sensitive hatha yoga teacher with over 30 years practice in the UK, USA and India. She is British Wheel of Yoga qualified and has taken inspiration and direction from a variety of world renowned teachers.
Angie has taught a wide variety of yoga classes ranging from all levels of general classes to restorative yoga, pre-natal yoga, classes for lower back pain and childrens’ yoga. She also works on a one-to one basis and will create a session specifically tailored to your needs.
Angie is also trained in Mindfulness, reiki, NLP, EFT and Indian head massage.
In our friendly Monday Restorative class, Angie blends yoga, meditation and breathing practices combined with a little yogic philosophy to create an oasis of calm at the start of your week.
