Zoe Hart
Zoe trained at the Royal Ballet School and The Central School of Speech and Drama from where she graduated in 1995 with a BA acting degree having covered various disciplines including Alexander and Laban techniques.
Since that time she has worked as an actor on television and stage, including playing the lead in the Olivier award production of Singin’ in the Rain at the Royal National Theatre.
Zoe has studied Pilates for over seventeen years under teachers such as Alan Herman and Jenny Mills.
Having completed foundation and advanced anatomy courses, as well as essential intermediate and pregnancy matwork courses, she graduated as a Stott Pilates matwork instructor in April 2006. She is committed to a high level of teaching and attends numerous workshops and courses in order to achieve her continuing education credits.
