Moira Clark is a specialist pregnancy and postnatal exercise and Pilates instructor with qualifications from YMCAfit and the Pilates Institute, including a Diploma in Pilates One to One and Group Matwork to Advanced level.
Moira is on the Register of Exercise Professionals at level 3 (the highest level) and is member of Fitpro, The Pilates Institute, The Australian Physiotherapist Pilates Institute, The Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise Instructors, The Federation of Antenatal Educators and is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health. Moira has over 15 years experience of working with mothers and babies and teaches classes specifically tailored and balanced to meet the need of pregnant women and mothers after birth. She also teaches Infant Massage.
Moira has wide specialist knowledge and experience in teaching women with pelvis, abdominal muscle and pelvic floor problems including Pelvic Girdle Pain/Dysfunction, Abdominal muscle separation, hernia and surgery, Hysterectomy, Prolapse and Continence problems.
Moira also has qualifications in One to One and Group exercise, including individual and group indoor rowing. She is a keen indoor rower and is currently ranked in the top sections of her age group in the international indoor rankings for 30 minutes, 5000 and 10000 metres distance.
