Manor Clinic, Sevenoaks Physiotherapy

Dan Tiley

Dan’s interest in health and fitness started at an early age when playing and competing in a number of sports. His fascination with the human body and how it functions was reinforced after completing a BSc in Fitness Science in 1999. Shortly after graduation  he became a Personal Trainer and qualified through the American College of Sports Medicine and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), which gave basic skills into working with healthy clients.

In March 2006 he qualified as a Metabolic Typing advisor. Metabolic Typing is at the centre of his Nutritional advice and is a fantastic way to tailor clients’ dietary requirements.

Dan is a coach and education is an integral part of the client taking control of their situation. The 1:1 sessions are balanced between education, empowerment and fun. He specialises in fusing Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle factors to help improve client’s bodily function.

Dan works at Keston and Bromley as well as Manor Clinic in Sevenoaks where I carry out ‘End Phase Rehabilitation’ (Corrective Exercise). I am also working with Kent Cricket Club.

Dan’s many interests include keeping fit, playing sport, particularly cricket for Sevenoaks Vines, cooking and entertaining is a massive part of my enjoyment with a keen musical interest both listening and playing.
